Products must be returned with original packaging and labels, otherwise they will not be approved by our technical team.
Underwear can not be returned or exchanged.
1. To return a product, please log into your account. A list of your orders will appear in the “order history” tab. Simply select the order including the product to be returned, select the product to be returned and then request return. Please specify your request in the fields provided for this purpose (size, colour, other product, refund). If the product return button is not displayed on your order, you may be too late to return it. Please attach a copy of your order to your return so that we can identify your account.
2. Once your request has been made, you can then return the product to us at the following address:

3. Our Customer Service Centre will send you a confirmation email on receipt of your return. One of our operators will verify whether your return complies with our conditions.
Any package sent without using this procedure will not be processed.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT OUR OTHER SHOPS.
